Dear WeFi Team,

We are excited to announce the creation of the Client Solutions Group (CSG).  Our vision for this Group, is the establishment of a global center of excellence that partners with the sales and relationship management organizations to deliver world-class client solutions with the goal of enhancing our competitive differentiation and driving improved customer outcomes.

Our decision was driven by a number of factors including:

• The need to globalize the incredible work done by Boris and his team in EMEA & APJ in bringing solutions to market by solving challenging markets through industry-leading country structures and partnerships with global financial institutions.
•  The realignment of resources & functions to drive a more efficient and coordinated sales outcome.
•  The realization that in the collection of these talented skills and capabilities, we are creating a unique market differentiation that needs to be closely aligned to our customer go-to-market. 
  
  

Please join us in congratulating the following individuals.

• Boris Todorov – Borrie will lead CSG, reporting to us, and will work closely with Tommy, Nick, Lolo and the entire sales team.
• Beth Schaffer – Beth will be promoted to Vice President, Capital Markets and will be responsible for managing our relationships with our Global banking partners including the sourcing of capital and the origination of new revenue streams for WeFi.
• Kristina Promet – Kristina will be promoted to Associate Vice President, Innovative Solutions responsible for structuring country solutions and architecting new client products (ex. Vendor-managed inventory, As-a-service)
• John Schmidt Jr – John will be promoted to Vice President, Credit Underwriting & Pricing and will be responsible for global credit underwriting, pricing, and credit insurance.
• Beth, Kristina & John will all report to Boris and be closely aligned.

The launch of CSG will be effective today even though the expected full transition of Beth into her new role may only be by the end of June. We wish CSG good luck and as always WeFi’s success will continue to be in the hands of each and every team member.
