John defines the vision and strategy for WeFi. He has 35+ years of experience (24+ international) in the banking and finance industry, primarily in technology channel finance. In 2004, John co-founded Castle Pines Capital, which was sold to Wells Fargo Bank in 2011. He continued to serve as the Head of Supply Chain Finance with Wells Fargo Bank until December 2016. John holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Northern Colorado.
We’re introducing new products to market all the time and embracing technology. Our global capabilities, global scope and willingness to enter the tough markets – to entrench ourselves, so we understand those markets and can deliver to those markets – is a huge differentiator for us.
Adrian defines the vision and strategy for WeFi. He has 30+ years of experience in finance and information technology. In 2006, Adrian co-founded BlueWater Communications Group, which was sold to Presidio in 2012. He assumed the role of President for the Tri-State Division of Presidio until June 2016. Adrian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, majoring in IT and Accounting, from the University of Cape Town.

Tony is responsible for WeFi’s day-to-day operations and administrative activities including finance, IT and human resources. He has 35+ years of experience (5+ international) in finance and operations, specializing in the technology, media and telecommunications industry. He has held roles in executive-level finance and operations in the cable and wireless industries, working for US West NewVector Group, MediaOne and AT&T Broadband. Most recently, Tony guided Adelphia Communications Corporation through a complicated bankruptcy, sale and liquidation process. A CPA, he holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of Colorado – Boulder and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Regis University in Denver.

Paula leads all compliance, risk and legal functions at WeFi. She has 30+ years of experience (24+ international) in banking and finance, specializing in channel finance and asset-based lending. Paula served as in-house counsel to ITT Commercial Finance Corp. and Deutsche Financial Services Corporation. Most recently, she was a partner at Bryan, Cave, Leighton Paisner LLP, where she led the asset-based lending group and served on the firm’s executive board. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Missouri State University and a Law Degree from the University of Missouri – Kansas City.
Whenever I speak of the WeFi brand, I reference our three Ps – People, Partnerships, Platform – and it starts with our people. We have been very intentional about how we've built our team. Our experience level in channel finance is deep and wide. We have people that have been in the channel finance space for 25-plus years. We back ourselves and we understand this business.
Tom is responsible for driving growth by leading WeFi’s sales and marketing efforts. He has 25+ years of experience in the IT industry and has held various leadership roles with OEM vendors, including 13 years with Cisco, supporting both direct and channel sales. Most recently, Tom was Vice President, General Manager, Sales & Service, supporting the Eastern United States and Canada for the analytics firm Teradata. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Salisbury University.
At the end of the day, it's about relationships with people. Yes, we possess a huge amount of knowledge from a banking sector and from a channel finance sector, and yes we are innovative with our market-leading platform, but we are also a human company and an approachable company. We are the right people to partner with because we have our customers’ best interests at heart.
Laurent leads global business development efforts that align to WeFi’s vision and strategy. An accomplished global leader with over 25 years of experience in Fortune 50 companies, he has held several key senior finance leadership positions at Dell Technologies, GE Aviation and Gemplus. Most recently, Laurent served as Managing Senior Director at Dell, where he led and grew the company’s channel finance program into a multi-billion-dollar global player. He holds an Accounting Degree from France, and both a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and MBA from St. Edwards University.

Armand leads the development and operational aspects of WeFi’s best-in-class, global channel finance platform, IZZI. With over 25 years of experience in information systems, he has worked with financial services, manufacturing and distribution companies, as well as non-profit organizations. Most recently, Armand was Managing Director at Wells Fargo Supply Chain Finance (formerly Castle Pines Capital), where his Triad system processed over $20-billion in transaction volume each year. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Rhode Island College.

Elisa leverages her extensive international background to drive operational efficiency and scale across all functional areas of WeFi’s international business. Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, she brings to WeFi over 13 years of experience in channel finance for international technology resellers throughout Latin America and Europe, including relationships with Partners. Elisa holds Bachelor’s Degrees in Finance and Multinational Business Operations from Florida State University and an MBA from the University of Florida.

Nick focuses on the global alignment of strategic partnerships that provide for vendor capacity and growth. He has 25+ years of international experience in investment banking for Citigroup, UBS and Sberbank, and has worked globally in the US, UK, Russia, South Africa, Turkey and the Middle East. Nick holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Cape Town and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Boris leads globally the WeFi Client Solutions Group (CSG), working closely with our Sales and Relationship Management teams to ensure successful development and implementation of client solutions, jointly with our international financial partners. He has 20+ years of banking experience in the US and EMEA and is a graduate from NYU’s Stern School of Business and the Executive Leadership Programs from IMD Switzerland.
